Terms of use
Draft for review before public launch. Last updated 12 October 2026.
1. What this service is
QuantumReady provides automated cryptographic discovery and reporting tools. A free scan is an automated technical measurement of public information and public source code. It is not a security audit, a compliance certification, or professional advice.
2. No warranty and no compliance claim
Scans are provided as is, without warranty of completeness or accuracy. Automated scanning cannot establish regulatory compliance, and our readiness score is our own technical index, not the CSA Quantum Readiness Index. You should not represent a scan result to a customer, auditor or regulator as proof of compliance.
3. Authorised use only
You may only scan domains and repositories that you own or are authorised to test. By submitting a domain or repository you confirm you have that authority. You must not use this service to probe third parties without permission.
4. Fair use
Automated or bulk use, attempts to bypass limits, or use that degrades the service for others is not permitted. We may rate limit or block access to protect the service.
5. Reports and data
Scan reports are stored so that shareable links work, and expire after 90 days. See the privacy notice for how we handle personal data.
6. Third party material
Repository content remains the property of its owners. We process it in memory to produce a report. We do not reproduce material published by CSA, GovTech, IMDA or MAS, and we are not affiliated with them.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an automated scan. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
